Application process description
1. Mix dry ingredients such as compound emulsifying thickener, sodium citrate, sugar, and skimmed milk powder evenly. While stirring, slowly add to the ingredients pot and heat (the colloid must be completely dissolved).
2. When the material is heated to boiling, add potassium sorbate solution, stop heating, and filter while hot (select the mesh size of the filter according to different requirements).
3. Add citric acid and malic acid solution (dissolve in warm water in advance and set aside), and adjust the pH value to 3.7-4.1.
4. Add fragrance and color.
5. Filling and sealing.
6. Pasteurization (choose the appropriate temperature and time according to the size of the package).
7. Cool down.
8. Air dry and package the finished product.
