Application process description
1. Mix the compound thickener and white sugar evenly, add water while stirring to fully absorb water, and then heat and cook the sugar after the colloid is completely dissolved.
2. After the mixture of sugar and glue is boiled and dissolved, add the glucose syrup at about 80°C. Stir continuously when adding the glucose syrup to make the materials dispersed and dissolved. After boiling, add the remaining sugar in each pot. Crush the sugar gum and stop heating when the temperature of the sugar gum rises to 105℃-107℃.
3. Add fragrance and color.
4. Stir quickly and pour into the mold.
5. Demold after cooling. After unmoulding, place the fondant into the baking room.
6. Packaging of finished products.
